Hot Muffin And Bacon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bacon
    2 c. Bisquick
    2 eggs
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/3 tsp. onion salt
    3/4 c. half and half cream
Preparation
    Fry the bacon until crisp. Break up into bits and set aside to drain on paper towel.
    Mix all ingredients together in a bowl except bacon.
    Add the bacon bits.
    Grease bottom of cupcake tin. Spoon in batter to 3/4 full.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until golden brown. Serve with any meat or fish dish.
