Cajun Dipping Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can Cajun style stewed tomatoes
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. bottled hot pepper sauce
Preparation
    In a blender container, place the stewed tomatoes.
    Cover and blend until nearly smooth.
    In a medium saucepan, combine blended tomatoes and cornstarch.
    Cook and stir until bubbly.
    Cook and stir 2 minutes more.
    Stir in bottled hot pepper sauce.
    Serve with crispy chicken bites.
    Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
