Cream Of Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 or 5 potatoes, diced
1 medium onion, chopped fine
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 can chicken broth
2 or 3 c. milk
1/2 c. half and half coffee cream
1/4 c. wine (optional)
3 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
2 small or 1 medium sized carrot, diced
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Simmer potatoes, onion and celery in pot with chicken broth until very soft.
Mash or mix in blender.
Add milk, wine (if preferred) and diced carrot.
Cook until carrot is done.
Add half and half cream and bacon bits.
