New England Clam Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bacon, diced
    2 green onions with tops, chopped
    4 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
    3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    2 c. bottled clam juice and milk
    2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans minced clams (save juice)
    dash of salt and white pepper
    1 c. whipping cream
Preparation
    In a microwavable dish, saute bacon until crisp.
    Add green onions and potatoes; saute a few minutes.
    Sprinkle with flour. Add clam juice with milk.
    Bring to a boil; stir and simmer until potatoes are tender (about 8 minutes).
    Add salt and pepper; stir. Add clams with liquid and whipping cream.
    Heat, stir and serve. Do not overcook.
    Serves 4.
