Strawberry Sorbet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. hot water
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1 pt. fresh hulled strawberries
Preparation
    Dissolve sugar in hot water and let cool.
    Add lemon juice and orange juice.
    Blend strawberries with juice mixture until smooth in a blender or food processor. Pour into a bowl and put in freezer.
    Check after 1 to 2 hours.
    When top edges are frozen, blenderize again.
    Freeze in bowl until firm.
    Makes 6 (1/2 cup) servings.
