Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    1 1/4 c. celery, chopped
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 large can tomatoes
    1 small can tomato sauce
    2 lb. peeled and deveined shrimp
Preparation
    Saute onion, green pepper and celery in butter/margarine. Add flour, salt, pepper, tomatoes and tomato sauce. Simmer 30 to 40 minutes. Add shrimp last 10 minutes.
