Strawberry Torte - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 pkg. graham crackers
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. + 3 Tbsp. melted oleo
2 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. lemon juice
10 oz. pkg. strawberries with juice, thawed
1/2 pt. whipping cream

Preparation

Crush crackers.
Mix with sugar and oleo and press into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Refrigerate.
Mix in a very large bowl the egg whites, sugar, salt, lemon juice, strawberries and juice.
Mix at top speed for 20 minutes.
