Broccoli And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup regular rice
    2 1/2 cups water
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 stick margarine
    1 medium onion chopped
    1 -10 oz. pkg. chopped broccoli
    1 cup grated sharp cheese
    1 can of cream mushroom soup
Preparation
    Cook rice and salt in water.
    Co not drain when done.
    In a large skillet melt margarine, add onion and broccoli, cook slowly until tender.
    Add cheese and mushroom soup.
    Mix well.
    Stir in rice mixture and pour into casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
