Easy Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1-29 oz. can sweet potatoes, drained
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 t. vanilla
    1/2 stick margarine, melted
    1- 9 inch frozen pie crust
Preparation
    Drain and mash sweet potatoes, until smooth.
    Add remaining ingredients, mix well.
    Pierce bottom of thawed pie crust with fork.
    Pour mixture into crust.
    Bake at 375 degrees for 45 mins. Cool and serve.
