Shepherd'S Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    onion (can use dry minced onion)
    favorite vegetable (green beans, peas, etc.)
    buttered mashed potatoes
    cheese (if desired)
Preparation
    In a skillet brown beef and onion.
    Place the mixture in the bottom of a casserole dish.
    Add the vegetable next and cover with the mashed potatoes.
    Top with grated cheese, if desired.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until warmed through and top is browned.
