Chicken Dressing Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb.) fryer
    1 can evaporated milk
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. stuffing mix
    1/2 c. margarine
Preparation
    Boil fryer and pull off bone; set aside.
    Melt butter and mix with stuffing mix.
    Press 1/2 of mixture in bottom of casserole dish; set aside.
    Mix soups, broth and evaporated milk.
    Heat. Place chicken over stuffing and pour soup mix over chicken.
    Top with remaining stuffing mix.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until golden brown and bubbly, 30 to 45 minutes.
