Cherry Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick oleo
    1 c. sugar (1/2 in batter, 1/2 in cherries)
    3/4 c. milk
    3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 can cherry pie filling
Preparation
    Melt oleo in 8 x 8-inch pan. Make batter of all ingredients, except pie filling. Pour batter over oleo. Do not stir. Heat pie filling and pour over batter. Do not stir. Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
