Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 regular-size cans tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. cumin
    1 1/2 tsp. black pepper
    2 lb. American cheese, grated or cubed
    2 jalapeno peppers, seeded
    1 Tbsp. Accent
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 c. hot water
Preparation
    Heat all ingredients except cheese to boiling.
    Lower heat and add cheese.
    Stir until smooth.
    Add 1 cup hot water.
    Cool and use blender to make smooth.
    Keep refrigerated.
    Instead of heating everything up, I sometimes half everything and use the blender.
    You still need to add the cup of water at the end or it will be too thick.
    This is as close to Pancho's old cheese dip as you will ever taste.
