Stuffed Potato Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 potatoes, grated and drained
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 lb. cooked pork, minced
    1 c. mashed potatoes (hot)
Preparation
    Combine grated raw potatoes with salt and hot mashed potatoes. Blend well.
    Shape mixture into 10 balls.
    In each ball make an indention and fill with minced pork.
    Cover up hole.
