Tartar Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. candied sweet pickle relish
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. minced fresh dill
    1 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
    2 tsp. cider vinegar
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. hot red pepper sauce
Preparation
    In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients and blend well. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
    Makes 1 1/2 cups.
