Quick Sticky Buns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf frozen bread dough
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    cinnamon
    maple syrup or honey (about 1/4 c. to 1/2 c.)
    pecans or walnuts (optional)
Preparation
    Thaw dough.
    Stretch out to about 6 x 18-inch.
    (Do not pound or over handle.)
    Spread with a thin layer of butter.
    Sprinkle on a thin layer of brown sugar.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon.
    Roll longways and cut into pieces.
