Egg Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2/3 c. sugar
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. mace
    1 deep dish crust, not cooked
Preparation
    Beat everything, except crust, together and put into uncooked pie crust.
    Bake 10 minutes at 425\u00b0.
    Reduce to 325\u00b0 until set, about 35 or 40 minutes.
    Yields 1 pie.
