Lasagne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 clove garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. whole basil
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
1 (10 oz.) box lasagne noodles
2 eggs
3 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Brown meat slowly and spoon off excess fat.
Add garlic, basil, salt, tomatoes and tomato paste and simmer, uncovered, 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Cook noodles in boiling salted water until tender; drain and rinse.
