Creamed Turkey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped pepper (green pepper)
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. chicken or turkey broth or cream of chicken soup
    1 c. half and half
    1 1/2 c. diced cooked turkey
    1/4 c. chopped pimento
    dash of white wine or sherry (optional)
Preparation
    Saute mushrooms, onions and green pepper in butter.
    Blend in flour and seasonings.
    Remove from heat.
    Slowly stir in broth and cream.
    Bring to boil over low heat, stirring constantly.
    Boil 1 minute; add turkey and pimento.
    Continue cooking until meat is heated.
    Serve over rice.
    Serves 4.
