Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    fresh broccoli
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1/4 c. milk
    Italian bread crumbs
    Ritz crackers
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Steam fresh broccoli. Cut into small pieces.
    Melt Velveeta cheese and milk. In casserole dish, place steamed broccoli. Pour melted cheese over.
    Sprinkle Italian bread crumbs on top. Saute Ritz crackers (broken) up in butter. Sprinkle on top.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
