Salmon Stuffed Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can smoked salmon
    2 chopped, hard-cooked eggs
    3/4 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped cucumber
    1 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    dash of pepper
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    6 ripe tomatoes
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Drain salmon;
    flake.
    Mix with all ingredients, except tomatoes and
    salt.
    Cut centers from tomatoes;
    salt insides. Fill with salmon
    mixture. Broil 3 inches from heat for 5 to 7 minutes until hot.
