Easy Pickled Beets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (16 oz.) cans beets
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. vinegar
    2 (3-inch) cinnamon sticks
Preparation
    Drain beets.
    Heat liquid with sugar, vinegar and cinnamon sticks.
    Heat to boiling and pour over beets.
    Cool; cover and refrigerate.
