Oven Barbecue Brisket(Must Prepare Ahead. Serves 8 To 10.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (5 to 6 lb.) brisket (fresh)
    celery salt
    onion salt
    garlic salt
    3 oz. liquid smoke
    salt and pepper to taste
    Worcestershire sauce
    6 oz. barbecue sauce
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Sprinkle each side with celery salt, onion salt and garlic salt.
    Pour liquid smoke over brisket and place in refrigerator overnight.
    Turn once or twice.
    When ready to bake, sprinkle salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce in same pan with all ingredients.
    Cover and bake for 5 hours at 275\u00b0.
    Add 6 ounces barbecue sauce and bake 1 more hour, uncovered.
