Pork Tenderloin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pork tenderloin
1/2 c. green onions
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
3/4 c. dry sherry wine
pepper to taste
Preparation

Buy the pork tenderloin rolled and tied by your butcher. Bake it for 30 minutes on a rack in a 400\u00b0 oven.
Make a sauce of the onions, butter, soy sauce, pepper, mustard and wine.
Remove the rack from the tenderloin pan and pour the sauce over the pork. Bake for another 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and baste again. Bake 30 minutes more.
You may need to double or triple the sauce, depending on how much meat you have.
The sauce will cook down and bake into the tenderloin.
