Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 medium potatoes
    1/3 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    sliced Velveeta cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 soup can milk
Preparation
    Slice potatoes and boil for 10 minutes (drain).
    Saute celery and onions in butter.
    Layer potatoes in baking dish.
    Pour soup, milk and sauteed vegetables over potatoes.
    Layer Velveeta cheese on top.
    Bake 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
