Julienne Beets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 lb. beets, cooked and peeled
    9 oz. margarine
    1 c. lemon juice
    1/2 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Shred cooked beets on shredder into thin strips.
    Saute in margarine.
    Season with salt, lemon juice, sugar and optional white pepper.
