Onion Soup Mix - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. instant minced onion
1/3 c. beef-flavored instant bouillon
4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. celery seed, crushed
1/4 tsp. sugar
Preparation

In a storage container with a tight-fitting lid, combine all ingredients and mix well.
Seal tightly.
Store in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months.
Stir or shake well before each use. Makes 18 tablespoons (about 1 cup).
Five tablespoons equals a 1.25 ounce package of onion soup.
