Smoky Oven Barbecued Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) quartered fryers
    1 c. catsup
    3 small onions, sliced
    3 garlic cloves, minced
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook garlic in hot butter over medium heat until lightly browned in 1-quart saucepan.
    Add catsup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, liquid smoke, salt and pepper; heat to boiling.
    Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
