Ingredients

1 c. rice
4 c. whole milk
1 stick margarine
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. lemon extract
1 c. sugar
3 egg yolks
Preparation

In a large pot, cook the rice with the milk and margarine on low heat.
Stir occasionally.
When well cooked, add sugar, salt, lemon and beaten egg yolks.
Stir well and cook for another 3 minutes.
Serve cool.
Sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired.
