Boneless Pork Loin Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 boneless pork loin
    2 onions, sliced into rounds & broken apart
    3 Tbsp. corn starch
Preparation
    Remove loin from package and rinse well. Sprinkle with salt and put into baking pan. Do not cover. Bake at 350 degrees until done. Done when juices are clear (about 2 hours). Remove loin to serving platter. Place baking pan on stove burner and add 2 cups water and bring to boil. Add sliced onion. Stir together 1/2 C water and 3 Tbsp. corn starch until smooth. Add to baking pan. Cook until thickened. Remove from heat. Slice roast and put into a deep corning ware dish and pour gravy over roast. Serve.
