Mini Blintzes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. loaf white bread
    1 egg yolk
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 stick butter, melted
    1 1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Remove crust from each slice of bread and flatten each slice with a rolling pin.
    Cream egg yolk, the 1/4 cup sugar, cream cheese and vanilla.
    Spread 1 to 2 tablespoons filling on each slice and roll up jelly-roll style.
    Add 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar and cinnamon to melted and cooled butter.
    Dip each roll into butter mixture.
    \"Flash\" freeze on cookie sheet for 1 hour, then freeze in plastic bag.
