Tofu Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. block firm tofu, drained well
    1 to 1 1/2 c. bread crumbs or 1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
    4 eggs, beaten or Scramblers
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 tsp. Accent
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. thyme
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery in oil.
    Add cubed tofu to pan, then rest of ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Form into patties (add more bread crumbs if too wet).
    Bake on Pam-sprayed (patties stick if not careful) cookie sheet at 375\u00b0 for about 40 minutes.
    Place in casserole dish and cover with mushroom soup gravy or ladle over as served.
