Chicken Fried Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 1/2 c. rice
5 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
18 oz. chicken
1 large onion
1 green pepper
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
3 Tbsp. salad oil
1 Tbsp. sesame oil
2 Tbsp. lard
few carrots
black pepper (added to chicken)
pickled ginger (for garnish)
Preparation

Boil rice with slightly less water.
Beat eggs, adding salt. When oil starts to smoke, add eggs and scramble into 2 tablespoons and put them on a plate.
