Mini-Cheese Cake(Great For Parties Or Cookouts) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

12 vanilla wafers
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs

Preparation

Line muffin tin.
Place one vanilla wafer in each liner.
Mix cream cheese, vanilla and sugar until well blended.
Add eggs.
Mix well.
Pour over wafers to 3/4 full.
Bake 25 minutes at 325\u00b0. Remove when cool.
Top with whipped nondairy topping, chocolate, nuts or any fruit pie filling.
