Cream Cheese Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. heavy cream
3 egg yolks
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 egg
6 slices crisp, cooked bacon
prepared pastry-lined pie pan
Preparation

Beat cream cheese, cream, egg yolks, egg, salt and pepper together.
Arrange 1-inch slices of bacon at bottom of pan.
Pour cheese mixture over bacon.
Bake in preheated 400\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 10 minutes longer or until puffed and golden brown.
