Chili Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

20 large ripe tomatoes
10 white onions
5 sweet peppers
1 pt. cider vinegar
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. red pepper
celery, chopped fine
Preparation

For a mild sauce, omit the red pepper.
Chop onions and peppers fine; prepare tomatoes as for canning and cook down.
When done, add other ingredients and put in jars; seal tight.
