Florence'S Roast Beef - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 eye of round (any size, 2 to 10 lb.; no other cut of beef will do)
Ah So sauce
Preparation

Line roasting pan with foil.
Place rack on top (if rack is not like a cooling rack, cover it also with foil and cut appropriate slits).
Completely cover roast with Ah So sauce. Place on roasting rack. Put in oven.
Roast at 425\u00b0 for 1 hour. Also roast baking potatoes and acorn squash for a complete dinner. Do not overcook.
Roast will be medium to medium rare.
Do not increase cooking time for larger roast or decrease for smaller roast; 1 hour only cooking time.
