Texas Caviar - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) bottle Italian salad dressing
    2 (14 oz.) cans black-eyed peas, drained
    2 medium tomatoes, chopped
    1/2 c. green onion, chopped
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 jalapeno, seeded and chopped
    1/2 c. chopped white onion
    1/2 c. fresh parsley, chopped (must be fresh)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Marinate a minimum of 2 hours.
    Drain and serve.
