Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. buttermilk baking mix
    3 large eggs
    1 c. shredded carrots
    3/4 c. grated cheese
    3 c. thinly sliced zucchini
    1 small onion, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. salad oil
Preparation
    Grease a 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Mix ingredients with salt, pepper and salad oil.
    Spoon into pan and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 35 minutes.
    Serve at room temperature.
