Diabetic Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 1/2 qt. water
    1 1/2 c. celery, finely cut
    1 potato, finely cut
    2 carrots, finely cut
    1/2 c. onion, finely cut
    2 c. tomatoes, chopped
    1 1/2 c. cabbage, shredded
    1/2 pkg. mixed vegetables (frozen)
    salt and pepper
    2 bouillon cubes (beef)
Preparation
    Saute ground chuck in oil; add remaining ingredients.
    Simmer 35 to 45 minutes.
    Yields 6 servings.
