Twice Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 baked potatoes
    2 eggs
    1 c. margarine
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk (bring to boil)
    1/2 c. onions, cut fine
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Slice top off potatoes lengthwise.
    Scoop out potato with teaspoon, leaving some potato around skin.
    Add eggs, milk and margarine and mix with mixer.
    Add Cheddar cheese and onions and mix by hand.
    Spoon back into skins and wrap separately in foil and freeze.
    Take out of freezer (desired amount) and bake at 350\u00b0 to 400\u00b0 for 40 minutes to 1 hour.
