Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
    1 1/2 c. tomato paste
    1 tsp. oregano
    8 oz. lasagne noodles
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    3/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    2 tsp. basil
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    3 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation
    Brown beef with onion and garlic.
    Drain.
    Add tomatoes, tomato paste, basil, oregano and salt.
    Simmer uncovered 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cook lasagne noodles according to package instructions.
    Mix cottage cheese, parsley, eggs and Mozzarella cheese.
