Rhubarb Brunch Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Pillsbury Plus yellow cake mix
    1 c. water
    1/3 c. oil
    3 eggs
    4 slices fresh or frozen rhubarb, thawed
    1 c. sugar
    1 pt. (2 c.) whipping cream
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease and flour 13 x 9-inch pan.
    In large bowl, combine cake mix, water, oil and eggs at low speed until moistened.
    Beat 2 minutes at high speed.
    Pour into greased pan.
    Top with rhubarb; sprinkle with sugar.
    Pour cream on top. Bake for 1 1/4 hours.
    Serve warm.
    Store in refrigerator.
