Apple Latkes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. apples, sliced thin
Preparation

Beat eggs, add liquid and blend.
Sift dry ingredients together and add liquid mix.
Add apples.
Heat 1/4 cup oil; drop by heaping tablespoonful.
Prick with fork; drain on paper towel.
Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon or use syrup.
