Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lean pork chops (1 inch thick)
    salt and pepper
    4 thin onion slices
    4 thin lemon slices
    1/4 c. packed brown sugar
    1/4 c. catsup
Preparation
    Arrange pork chops on greased (or sprayed with nonstick cooking spray) baking dish.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Top each chop with one slice onion and then one lemon slice.
    Place 1 tablespoon brown sugar and 1 tablespoon catsup on each chop. Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Uncover and bake for 30 minutes more, basting occasionally.
