Grilled Salmon Steaks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 fresh salmon steaks (may also use swordfish, marlin or other very firm white fish)
    soy sauce
    olive oil
    garlic salt
    freshly ground pepper
Preparation
    Brush salmon steaks (both sides) with soy sauce generously and then olive oil.
    Then use garlic salt and pepper to taste. Grill the salmon steaks 10 to 15 minutes total, turning once until fish flake with a fork.
