King Ranch Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1 onion
    2 cans cream of chicken
    2 to 3 chicken breasts
    12 corn tortillas, torn in pieces
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 medium bell pepper
    2 cans Ro-Tel
Preparation
    Saute bell pepper and onion in butter. Blend in soup, Ro-Tel and deboned shredded chicken breasts. Layer tortillas and mix approximately 3 times and top with cheese. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
