Twice Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium potatoes
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 stick butter
    1 c. cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. crushed chives
    salt
    pepper
    bacon bits
Preparation
    Cut potatoes in half long way.
    Place in 9 in. x 13 in. x 2 in. pan.
    Add 1/4 in. water in bottom of pan and cover with aluminum foil.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for one hour.
    Remove and hull potato inside out of skin.
    Mix potato inside with remaining ingredients. Place mixture back into potato skins.
    Sprinkle with bacon bits. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
