Ann'S Cocoa Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 c. cocoa
2 tsp. soda
pinch of salt
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 c. hot water

Preparation

In a large mixing bowl, mix all dry ingredients with milk, oil and eggs.
Add hot water and beat on high for 2 minutes.
Pour into a greased and floured loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
