Coconut Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. margarine
    2 1/4 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. self-rising cornmeal
    1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
    1 1/2 cans flaked coconut
    1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Cream the margarine.
    Add sugar; mix well. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing after each.
    Add remaining ingredients (vinegar and coconut last) and mix well.
    Pour into 2 unbaked pie shells and bake slowly at 350\u00b0 about 45 minutes.
